Choose lower grits (80# - 400#) for severely dull or chipped edges to remove material quickly. Use medium grits (600# - 1000#) for general maintenance and establishing a sharp edge. For the ultimate razor finish and mirror polish, step up to higher grits (1500# - 3000#) and finish with our leather strops.

Q2: Are your diamond stones compatible with my sharpener?

Yes! Our stones are manufactured with standard universal dimensions (like 160x20x5mm or 158x25mm). They are fully compatible with the majority of fixed-angle systems, including Ruixin Pro RX-009, Sy Tools, Tsprof, KME, Edge Pro, and Wicked Edge.

Q3: Do I need to use water or oil with your diamond stones?

Diamond abrasives are non-porous, so they do not require soaking. You can use them completely dry. However, using a small amount of water as a lubricant can help flush away metal filings, extend the stone's life, and prevent overheating.

Q4: What is the best way to clean my diamond sharpening stone?

Cleaning is simple. After use, just rinse the stone under warm running water and wipe it dry with a clean cloth or paper towel. For stubborn metal residue, use a soft nylon brush and dish soap.
